Whenever you purchase a keg at UAL, you'll have to sign an agreement that states the following:
I declare that I am of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages
and realize that I am subject to arrest and prosecution for
misrepresentation of my age.
I agree to return all University Avenue Liquor property in clean and
working condition by 9 p.m. Sunday on the week of the purchase unless
otherwise arranged by UAL management. Should I fail to do so I agree to
pay a late fee of $5.00 per day for items returned overdue and forfeit
my full deposit after one week from purchase. I agree to pay any
replacement fees for any items damaged in the course of my use.
NOTE: Keg beer is un-pasteurized. We do not take any full,
untapped kegs once they have left the store. I agree to check the
working condition of taps before 9:00 pm of the day of purchase and
will notify the store immediately for a replacement.
If deposit is on credit card I agree to assume financial
responsibility for the amount shown on the total below. I hereby
authorize University Avenue Liquor to charge the said amount plus a
$5.00 late fee as cited above to my Credit/Debit card.
